Aaron is a highly experienced project development and delivery professional, his career spans more than 25 years with some of Australia’s biggest developers and builders. During this time, Aaron has delivered complex projects across retail, commercial and residential sectors.

Over the course of Aaron’s career, he has had the opportunity to work within design, development and construction teams that has provided him the knowledge and experience of complete project lifecycle, he is an active leader and problem solver.

Aaron is passionate about delivering projects to a high standard and ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction, this has been proven through the successful delivery of projects across his 25 years in the industry.

Aaron thrives in challenging environments, building teams and managing client and stakeholders’ expectations and has built a well-founded reputation in the industry.

With over a decade in Property Development and Project Management, Moussa brings with him extensive experience delivering large scale commercial, residential and retail projects for leading client-side organisations, asset owners and developers.

As an enthusiastic project leader, Moussa takes great satisfaction in being involved in every aspect of the development lifecycle from acquisition through to project realisation, including obtaining authority approvals, design development, head contractor appointment, superintendency, and project handover.

Moussa’s clients and stakeholders alike can be confident that every risk and opportunity identified will be strategically assessed and acted on to yield the best project outcome.
Moussa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Sydney.

Having spent over 30 years in the property industry, Joseph has a proven track record and extensive experience in consulting, urban planning and development, real estate brokerage and investment. Joe has proved to be an exceptional leader and is adept at forging long lasting partnerships.

Joe takes an active leadership role in key property industry organisations, with membership in The Urban Taskforce, and the Urban Development Association of Australia (UDIA).

He is also a member of the Subcommittee on Infrastructure Contributions Design and Place SEPP Working Group with the Urban Taskforce and the NSW Department of Planning, Infrastructure and Environment (DPIE);

Joe is proudly a Harvard Alumni, having completed the Harvard Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate.
